Meet Brian Brogen

I’m Brian Brogen. For decades, I managed large-scale construction projects, the kind where mistakes show up in steel and concrete. Along the way, I learned that it doesn’t matter how perfect your blueprint is… if the people leading the team aren’t equipped, the whole project suffers.

Now, I help organizations avoid those cracks by training, equipping, and inspiring leaders who can handle the heavy lifting.
